The product

RedactProof is a browser tool that finds likely sensitive values, lets you choose what to cover, turns the output pages into pixels, and checks whether values it marked as validated remain readable in its output. It runs in your browser. It is a tool, not a certification, legal advice, or a compliance sign-off.

Your review is part of the job

No detector knows every name, address, account value, or fact that should be hidden in every document. OCR can misread a scan. You must review the findings, unreadable-page warnings, boxes, preview, and finished PDF before sharing it. Do not treat a green check or redaction record as proof that the document contains no sensitive data.

One-time licence

The licence costs $49 once. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Stripe processes the payment and the licence key is sent to the checkout email. One licence is for one buyer's own use. Do not resell keys, remove the file limit for others, or sell the tool as your own service.

Refunds

If the key is not delivered or does not unlock the product, email us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. If a duplicate or wrong charge occurs, it will be corrected. Other completed one-time purchases are final except where law requires otherwise.

Your files

You must have the right to use each file you open. RedactProof does not receive the document. Closing the tab clears the active document from the page; your browser may keep the downloaded output and ordinary local site data.

Availability and liability

Browser, PDF, font, and scan differences can affect results. The tool is provided as is to the extent the law allows. Total liability is limited to the $49 paid for the licence, except where the law does not allow that limit.
